What Are GreenStatements?
Timberline Bank gives you the option to receive GreenStatments instead of paper statements. These provide a safe, convenient, and more efficient way to manage your finances. By completing the GreenStatement enrollment, you are also agreeing to notify Timberline Bank immediately if your email address changes. If you wish to withdraw your consent, or you change your email address, you can notify us by telephone [970-683-5560 or 800-331-3757] or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email address will not be sold or otherwise provided to third parties.
We will store your GreenStatement electronically for 18 months from the date of delivery. You may also print or download your statements and notices to retain copies of them. If you ever need a copy of your paper statement, we will be happy to provide one for you. To request a paper copy of your statements and notices or any disclosure that we provide electronically, please contact us at 970-683-5560 or toll free at 800-331-3757.
How do I sign up for GreenStatements?
If you decide that you want to add GreenStatements at a later date, log into your online banking account. Click on the “Profile” tab and then select the “Edit” option next to Electronic Statements. This will allow you to change your delivery method from Paper to Electronic Statements.
